Jets Escape Wild, Take Game One in Stanley Cup Playoffs

(Winnipeg, Manitoba)  --  Joe Morrow scored the go-ahead goal with just over seven minutes left in the third period as the Jets escaped with a 3-2 win over the Wild in their playoff opener Winnipeg.  Patrik Laine tied the game at two for Winnipeg, which opened the best-of-seven Western Conference quarterfinal with a win at home.  Mark Scheifele tallied a power-play goal in the first for the Jets.  Matt Cullen and Zach Parise put Minnesota in front with goals in the first four minutes of the third.  Devan Dubnyk finished with 37 saves in defeat.
