Eagan, Minn. (August 21, 2018) – The Minnesota Vikings announce the following roster moves:

Judd (6-3, 303) joins the Vikings as a free agent out of Western Illinois after spending rookie minicamp with the team on a tryout basis. Judd also received an invite to the New Orleans Saints’ rookie minicamp. The Clinton, Iowa native was a FCS third-team All-American for the Leathernecks in 2017, helping the offense finish among the nation’s top 20 in team passing efficiency, red zone offense, and scoring offense. Judd was also named a CoSIDA Academic All-American following both his junior and senior seasons, just the second Western Illinois player to do so in consecutive years. Judd concluded his career at WIU as a three-time All-Missouri Valley Football Conference selection. Judd will join fellow Leatherneck, linebacker Brett Taylor, on Minnesota’s roster.
